China Eastern Airlines has announced that it will begin a daily flight in November from Shanghai to Brisbane, the city in the state of Queensland.
This increase will see the currently four-times-weekly service to be boosted to a daily one. China Eastern still flies its A330-200 on the route.
China Eastern also has a codeshare agreement with Qantas Airways, enabling frequent flyer points to be earned on a number of its services.
Other than China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines will launch its Shenzhen to Brisbane flights on 20Sep and China Southern is scheduled to fly from Guangzhou to Cairns in this December.
